Hello, wanted to introduce myself as apparently it's etiquette here to do so.

I'm Maverick1988, from Canada. I'm very new to distilling, I've only done one run of Whiskey which I will be posting about in a separate post later on.

But I plan on making all sorts of stuff, different types of whiskey, vodka, etc.
