Hello all. New to the forum, have been distilling for a couple years and home brewing for 20+. I built a liquid management/reflux still that is all electric and have been making single malt whiskey and grappa. I prepping to make tequila next and joined to follow 8ball’s thread on the 21 missions recipe. Looking forward to learning from all you experienced home distillers 🙏🙏
