Hello everybody! My name is Paul and I am from Romania. I have been making my own craft beer for 4 years and because the mash process is largely the same, I decided to go to this side of alcohol production for whiskey. Of course, I also have a 60-liter still and I thought that if I have everything I need, why not? Congratulations for this site, here I found many answers to the questions I had. Cheers to the distillate! :D
