I am new to distilling. I am interested as an art but also for a trade item if the shtf. Lord knows we arent far from that. I have most of the equipment and supplies and have been watching hours of youtube videos on recipes and techniques. I also thought this would be great for my homeschools son to learn as part of his science. Thank you for having me. I hope to learn a lot here.
