Hi,
I have been a home brewer since the 90's.
Just like Billy Currington says " God is great, Beer is good, and people are crazy.
I have a degree in Biology from University.
First year of Medical school were the worst two years of my life.
I am a retired International Oilfield hand. High tech electronics skills.
I was shown beer, wine, and shine making by my maternal grandfather,
Got my middle name from him, Mom gave it to me. I sure miss him.
Moved from New Orleans to New Mexico. The weather here is heaven
compare to NOLA.
Built my first still from copper using an old beer keg for a boiler.

Welcome, it is a great hobby to take up in retirement. On a side note my mothers brother lived it New Mexico and I remember visiting them while attending the Babe Ruth World Series in Farmington New Mexico in 1963. Haven’t been back since.
