Hello from a beer guy getting started again with distilling

Hi, and thanks for running this great community! I first got into distilling from that old PDF "Building a Home Distillation Apparatus" I found online in the early 2000s. Moving around a lot then and being young means I never actually ran the thing. I've got some time and tools to build a still again and have a keg and some scrounged tubing. I appreciate all the posts and designs here to learn from. I'll post some when I have a plan ready for you all to check over.
