Hi from Oz
Hello all, recently purchased a Turbo 500 kit and completed my first wash/distilling batch. So far so good. Have now purchased some bourbon chips and a few essences to play around with. Recently retired so looking forward to what I can make. Love the site!! Cheers Paul

Welcome aboard Paul.
Your new best friend will be the google search here. Some great info floating around on how to get the best out of your T500. Did you get the reflux column or pot still?
Cheers

Welcome Paul
. Also when you're ready, start out with a tried and true recipe. This will teach you a lot about the different processes
I drink so much now,on the back of my license it's a list of organs I need.

Welcome aboard Paul.
One of the first things you need to read and understand is this.

The instructions that came with your still, do not cover this aspect of distilling properly.
Getting this part right is one of the single most important steps in making good booze.
No matter how good the still, or how well you run it, you won't make a quality product without making good cuts.
