Hello all, recently purchased a Turbo 500 kit and completed my first wash/distilling batch. So far so good. Have now purchased some bourbon chips and a few essences to play around with. Recently retired so looking forward to what I can make. Love the site!! Cheers Paul

One of the first things you need to read and understand is this.

The instructions that came with your still, do not cover this aspect of distilling properly.
Getting this part right is one of the single most important steps in making good booze.
No matter how good the still, or how well you run it, you won't make a quality product without making good cuts.
