My name is Paul and I'm from NSW Australia , recently widowed and retired... .I just picked up an air still really cheap (read free) and have been playing with it. Made some nice spirits but my aim is to try to capture the fragrance of my chestnut tree catkins....and not succeeding at all...But anyway i'm actually looking forward to chatting probably more than anything... thank you
