Imho vodka is for girls.
I also am interested in the traditional making of fruit brandy. I'm fortunate enough to have access to peaches, apples, berries, all in their own season..
I am not interested in flavors or essences, or any flavor shortcuts, (unless it's a yeast).
I'll be attempting to perfect a bourbon recipe of my own, and plan to journal everything here.
Any and all advice and suggestions welcome...
