Hello, I’m a new member

Hi everyone, I’m new here, I live in western Canada. I’ve been reading lots about distilling and the different processes involved with distilling.
I’m looking forward to learning and experimenting.
I’ve been making home made hard ciders and wines from what we grow for the past 10 years.
I recently acquired a pot still and a reflux tower from another distiller so now I can use my ciders and wines for making other products.
