Been tinkering with a small (25L boiler) store bought kit for about 6 months.
Have quickly discovered its limitations and yearn for something better
Irish style Whiskey is my vice. Been sipping it long enough to know essences/ flavourings are not "just like the real thing". Not even close.
Starting to do the 'read till the eyes bleed' bit before delving deeper.
