My name is Vincent and i have been brewing professionally for over 30 years so i have a lot of brewing experience.
eventually i will get a better still for human consumption but there are some experiments i want to work out first, such as adding various flavors, herbs, fruits to the wash to extract flavors into the finished ethanol.
i make a lot of different beers but am looking forward to cooking down a hazy ipa with a bunch of fresh hop cones, im hoping to produce a great smelling sanitizer, and possibly hoppy vodka...
anyway im being open and honest here with my intentions and would appreciate feedback as i document my progress.
