You’ll definitely learn a lot about botanicals here—it’s a great community for that. Experimenting with flavours sounds fun.
How about you also tell us more about your setup if you’d like? For example what type of design or configuration you are running? Did you build it yourself or is it a commercial model?
Also, what kind of spirits are you interested in using botanicals for—gin, absinthe, aquavit, or something else? Always nice to hear everyone’s stories!
