Hi,
I have loved this site as a reference as I learn the craft. I have an air still and a 8gallon dual purpose still from mile high. I've enjoyed making some gins and some all grain batches. I e also made 30 gallons of UJSSM that is currently aging in 15 gallon barrels.
You guys rock

Thanks. This site made it "easy". It took 6 months to do it in my little 8 gallon still.
It's been aging for 4 months now. It's getting good, but there are issues. I couldn't find new oak charred barrels and had to settle for new Hungarian oak toasted barrels.
Next I want to make the same amount of all-grain, but I do not want to go through the grind again. Looking at options to cut out the spirt run. Maybe a 26 gallon flute still or a thumper. Not sure yet.
