I think you guys might get a chuckle out of this. My wife said this to me midday on Saturday and I'm still cracking up every time I think about it. I was proofing that last batch of sugar shine and went in to bring her a small sample and show her the 1st jar proof picture. She looks at the picture and without even cracking a smile and no hesitation she goes, "humph, you made Backyardi 151." I thought I was going to pop I laughed so hard. Good one babe, good one.

That's awesome! I'll have to tell her. You guys will be proud to know, I read enough on here before I started, that I haven't even been tempted to try any turdbo yeast even if my distiller buddy keeps telling me that's the way to go.

She is definitely a keeper and I'm defnitely going to have some bottles of Backyardi 151...Backyardi Silver...Backyardi Black...Backyardi Gold, I even have an idea for a Blood Orange & Vanilla Backyardi, you get the idea.
