Hi im Quintus and in New Zealand now. I stayed in Botswana for a time where I build and made my first brandy.
After giving everything up in Africa we moved to NZ and got the opertunity to build my own still and been hard at it for about a year again. I do do the ocational whiskey, but luv playing around with fruits.
Always learning and experimenting. Thats what makes it fun
