Hi there. I don't do well with these forums since I find them confusing. Been brewing and winemaking for years, dipping a pinky toe into distilling. I have a T500 boiler I just got and a pot still I've been using for a bit. I like making all-grain but just started a wash of sugar to see how it goes. It's 3 weeks in and stalling a bit but pH balanced now and running again. I read the rules and this is now my 4th time posting. Not sure what else you are looking to know, but looking forward to sharing the joy of the craft with you all.
