Started with mostly sugar wash for about 3-4 months to get the feel for everything. Since then I’ve been getting into AG whiskey and trying different mashes and additives. Mostly just experimenting.

Welcome to the forum Riverboat .
Once you start experimenting with grain fermentations , make sure you strain before you fill the boiler . Some of those smaller stills have smaller tubing in the condensers that can potentially block

Thank you! I do have an internal heating element so I pretty much have to strain and clear everything right now for that too.
