Hi everyone. My name is Christopher Watson. My buddy and I purchased a pot still about 7 years ago but procrastinated and procrastinated our first run. Finally, last summer I told him that all I wanted for my 50th bday was to make bourbon! We have made 3 batches so far, which is enough to show you just how much you don’t know. I am here to ask questions and to learn from folks that are way more experienced. We will likely only be making run after run of bourbon until we get it to where we want it.

Welcome to the group Doc
Age is just a number when it comes to learning, you are never to old if you have the desire to accept the challenge.
You'll find quite a few here, really know what they are talking about and willing to give you great advice.
