Hello, Thank you for allowing me to join. I have made homemade wine and liquors for years now but have always had an interest in learning to distill. I have study up on it and have a bunch of recipes on distilling different things but never had a still. Well I purchased one and plan to begin by simply distilling water until I get the hang of it. Then I want to venture out into other things. I figure this is the best place to learn.

Awesome. Welcome Deadeye. It’s both simpler and more complicated than it seems, but so satisfying when you drink your first product and say, hey, that’s not terrible! Good luck out there.

Welcome to the forum. You'll find many paths you v=can take during your journey. The tried and true section is a great place to look to find lots of new things that have been made time and time again my many, takes a lot of guess work out of things till you get to a stage where you fell comfortable enough to venture and try new things. Good luck on your journey.
