Hello, Thank you for allowing me to join. I have made homemade wine and liquors for years now but have always had an interest in learning to distill. I have study up on it and have a bunch of recipes on distilling different things but never had a still. Well I purchased one and plan to begin by simply distilling water until I get the hang of it. Then I want to venture out into other things. I figure this is the best place to learn.

Welcome to the forum. You'll find many paths you v=can take during your journey. The tried and true section is a great place to look to find lots of new things that have been made time and time again my many, takes a lot of guess work out of things till you get to a stage where you fell comfortable enough to venture and try new things.
