PNW 2025 meetup barbecue and tasting
I think it's time to start planning this. June worked great for me. The location was good too!

Could you give more detail? I missed last year but if I recall it was held in Oregon.

There were about ten of us that got together at the Badmo Barrel shop in Eugene. Chris hosted with tri-tip steak, and everyone brought along their spirits (and wine) and food to share. We all had a pretty good time.

It's a poke if you're coming from deep Washington! But about 3 Washingtonians still made it!Bushman wrote: ↑Sun Feb 02, 2025 10:48 amThat is about a 5.5 hour drive from my house. The Booze Pipe wrote: ↑Sun Feb 02, 2025 9:45 amThere were about ten of us that got together at the Badmo Barrel shop in Eugene. I’m always game for a get together. Anywhere from Eugene up to north of Seattle would be doable for me. June will work for me too except for the weekend before Independence Day.
Some folks here on HD have inspired me learn how to camp cook with Dutch ovens. I think that’s what I’ll bring for food this year, something I can cook and serve hot.

So I stopped by the Badmo shop to see the fellas. ChristoperC said its a go for a get-together! Show up early if you want to build a barrel! We can dial in a weekend, but I'm thinking end of May or first part of June.
