New here

Post by Curley61 »

Hi, I’m Paul and I’m 63, almost 64. I have several friends that distill, so I’m familiar with different flavors. I’ve also noticed how much the quality of a spirit can vary from one distiller to the next. I just bought my first still. It’s a Mile Hi 8 Gallon Dual Pro. However, the heating element is backordered. As soon as I receive it. I’ll attempt my first sugar wash. I’m sure I’ll be back asking a lot of questions.

Welcome to the forum.
Lots of great recipes in the tries and true section to get stuck into reading to help you decide what to make once your gear shows up.
Good luck on your adventures.
