Hi Everyone
I'm new to this hobby and have recently purchased a T500.
So far I have fermented and distilled one batch that came out around 91%. I managed to mess up the dilution by underestimating the amount of dilution from the water in the carbon filter (diluting down to 35%), so I am keeping this with the idea of blending in with the next batch.
I'm looking to perfect the operation of the T500 as much as possible to achieve the highest quality product. My focus will be quality over quantity, so happy to explore things like stripping runs with the T500 and pure yeast and whatever else might be worthwhile. I mostly drink bourbon, but also want to experiment with all kinds of vodka based drinks.
Cheers

Welcome to the forum.
Following some of the tried and true recipes will help you make some great product. Judging by the 91% you've managed to achieve so far i'm guessing you have the reflux head rather than the pot still head. There are lots of threads discussing using the T500, in all its configs along with some modifications if you feel so inclined.
Good luck on your new distillation journey.

Welcome to the forum and apologies for the shitful speed atm . The boss is still working on it .
Well you mentioned the desire to look into stripping runs and make bourbon .
Sounds like you also need to get yourself a Pot still as well
