[Orwellian Steeze]

Been lurking for a while and just wrapping up my second run - figured it was time to make an account and start sharing and querying. Chuffed with the immense knowledge here. I have about 15 years of brewing experience (beer, mead, ciders) and an organic chemistry Masters I completed en route to a PhD I don’t use anymore. I’ve got a great local mentor and am excited to keep burrowing in the rabbit hole. Currently running/refining a 30gal milk can to half-keg thumper setup. Pics coming, eventually..
