Hey everyone,
I started distilling about a year ago and many of my Google searches brought me here to topics on this board. Joining seems to make a lot of sense.
I have a very small homemade pot still made from an 8-quart stainless pressure cooker. I learned pretty quickly that the temperature control was terrible, so I run it with a variac. I've decided to upgrade to a larger still and hopefully this forum will help answer questions when I hit a bump in the road.
Thanks for having me,
Russ
