I've got a drop in glass stove top out in the garage I got for free a few years back. I plan on setting it up out there to do my spirit runs in the 5g alembic.
My question is, can a stove top such as this be controlled with a voltage regulator like we build for the stills? It would be nice not to have the cycles going on and off.
