Colorado Newbie

Hello all. I am new to this process and I am looking to distill water and also liquor and possibly learn to brew beer. I have not purchased a still yet. Im still just researching what I want to do. I used to work in a chemical manufacturing plant so im very familiar with the distillation process and I now run industrial boilers. I've ran up to 3600 hp water tube boilers. Any information of good equipment to start would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to all I can learn from everyone.
