Long story short, bought 30 bottles (750ML) from a local distillery of a delicious new make rye whiskey made from local grains. Have some of it ageing in a 10L barrel as well as a badmo barrel. Also have a 5L barrel of a PA new make rye going too. If all of this goes well this year and next, I'll probably purchase a good sized still and give that a try.
I do have a few questions, but I'll post those in the appropriate places. Thanks yall, I look forward to being a part of this group for the foreseeable future!
