Noob from Arkansas

Hello. I’m new to world of distilling. I’ve been making wine for years and had talked many times about trying distilling some brandy. My wife bought me a 13 gallon still from vevor out of the blue so I guess I’m to do more than talk about it. Looking forward to help and advise from the folks here.
