Hi All - I'm an Expat living in Rosarito Beach, Mexico. I was a homebrewer for many years and recently converted my equipment to distillation. I love vodka, and while I know most of you say "it's a boring neutral spirit," I love it, and it's my goal to make something truly enjoyable on a small scale.
