Newb here ready to read a lot and learn from this amazing space. I'm currently building a keg pot still and I've been absorbing all of the great build ideas. I will definitely be sharing my journey on my build and lessons learned and look forward to all of the new experiences. I'm a big rye and bourbon fan and I really enjoy experimenting with aging and blending. I have a few fun aging experiments going now and look forward to more in the future and sharing my result.
