After doing a lot of reading here and on other forms (and YT, and books, and... etc.), I've bitten the bullet and bought a stack of parts. I'm hoping to construct something useful along the lines of a modular system that I can convert between a pot and CCVM. Part of the fun for me will be the design and construction. Who knows. Maybe it'll all go back to the scrap yard and I'll just buy something. Time will tell
