Aloha, longtime fermenter/tropical farmer just starting out on my distillation adventures. I grow an excess of high sugar crops and wanna make some quality beverages.
bananas, fermented cane juice, Taro, sweet potato and Ulu (breadfruit) are the crops I have a huge excess of and plan on using!
