Hi folks,
Just a guy who has been dabbling in the hobby for a few years. I enjoy taking neutral spirits and infusing with some of the many aromatic plants and herbs we can forage here. Like many of us I suspect, I have dreams of starting a micro distillery, but the permitting process makes it all feel like a pipe dream for someone without six figures cash laying around to gamble :/
