Hi, y'all. I'm joining from Texas. I've been distilling for about 2 years now, my first ferment was a sugar wash, never did beer. I have a 5 gal Alembic still from Copperhaulic that does pretty good on its own will probably move to a column at some point. Learned a lot on forums like this but trying to stick with well-established processes and recipes. Thanks for letting me join.
