Hello and thank you for sharing your experience with me.
I am new to this scene and don´t have any experience yet. I have done some ciders and beers in the past and now I will try to get into this "new" hobby. To get started I watched a ton of videos already and read some books and articles. My next goal is to get as much experienced knowledge as I can from you guys and then start to test in a more practical way (theoretically because in my country this stuff is not yet legalized).
