I've recently acquired some Swaen Malt

Recipe:
* 25 kgs Swaen Malt - milled
* 10 kgs Oatmeal - rolled and milled
* +1 120L water
Brewer's friend gives me an approximate OG of 1.05 - but i'm not totally convinced
Should i cut the mal in half and replace it with 12.5 kgs of Maize meal?
