Hello everyone!
Been brewing on and off for the last 10 years and recently and decided I wanted to try my hand at distilling. I have a background in chemical engineering so figured why not use my education for something useful right?? After winning 2 fantasy football leagues this year I decided to use some of my good fortune to purchase a Vevor still to give er' a shot to see if I can make anything drinkable. I have only peered into the rabbit hole so far, but I am enjoying what I am seeing.
My end goal (I think) is to make some whiskeys that I can age for each of my son and nephews 21st birthdays as a celebration for each of them being old enough to legally enjoy with us, as well as a celebration for us parents for surviving the craziness (probably more for us than them).
Cant wait to learn and enjoy the journey with you guys!
