Hello. Taking a minute to introduce myself. I have a background in analytical chemistry, and have a love for all things fermented. I have spent much time making beer, wine and mead. I also enjoy making lacto-fermented pickles, dry curing meat, cheese making, and barbecue. For distilled spirits, I am into Rum of all sorts, whiskey/whisky, and herbal liqueurs. Looking forward to seeing what I can learn here and interacting with people with similar interests.
