Hi Everyone, I used to have an account on this forum, but somehow it got lost. I took a break from distilling a few years ago, but I decided to take it up again. I live in the Netherlands (Drenthe), and I'm a chemical engineer by profession. I started distilling with a stainless steel still about eight years ago, a friend of mine built it for me from scraps at his job. My original introduction:
