Hey Yall! Longtime lurker, first time poster, finally jumping in!

Hi Everyone,
I’ve been lurking here for a long time, but I figured it was finally time to properly introduce myself. I’ve been brewing beer for over a decade, but my heart has always been leaning toward spirits—specifically whiskeys, rums, and agave.

I’m currently navigating the legal hurdles of getting a legitimate distillery setup here in the US. During that process, between all the spreadsheets and figuring out budgeting and seeing if it is possible to do on a micro sized budget... I realized that while I had amazing tools like BeerSmith or Brewfather for making beer, I struggled to find any platform that was similar for hobbyists and small-scale distillers. The commercial software I investigated was incredibly expensive, so I’ve spent the last little while building my own platform to handle recipes and run logs with the features I was used to in the brewing world. I'm always looking for areas to improve in so feedback is welcomed!

I’m looking forward to finally contributing to the discussions here instead of just reading from the sidelines.
