Long time lurker

Post by Dimych »

Hi there!

Decided to go in more depth into the hobby now, but were lurking on this site for quite a long time. It all seems so complex now and it takes some learning. Back in my grand parents days were much simpler :)

So I had some "unexpected" $$$ from Bill C-21 and decided to upgrade my low level moonshine way to the techie style way. Part of the decision is that our backyard orchard is in a full production and we have no way to preserve/eat all apples and pears it is producing.

So it is +1 northern Toronto member.
