My intro
Just wanted to give a big shout hello to all the members here. Been scouring the board for awhile now but just signed up today. I been at this hobby for a bit over a year now and I am hooked (not on booze but the fun of it all, although that is up for debate... . I like whiskey for the most part....mmmmm rye.....but have tired my hand at some brandy and stuff. Just started getting into the all grain mash last month so I am treading new waters. Got some beer background so that helps.

Welcome IM.............got to watch that urge to build more than one alright, I built my first (20 litre pot still ) wasn't happy, built a bigger one (50 litre internal reflux) then converted it to an offset head/pot still model and I have another that is almost finished.
