I’ve fermented wine and beer for nearly three decades. I especially enjoy turning grapes into wines. My Bordeaux style Cabernet Sauvignon is always a hit especially after the 3 year mark. This year I’ve added Apple cider to the mix. A work in progress. I inherited a column reflux still on a 5 gallon keg. It has sat around for years gathering dust. Time to fire it up. My alchemist apparatus is now cleaned up, leak tested and after producing a couple carboys of distilled water I’m ready to expand my adventures in the spirit world.
