I thought that I was already a member of this site, but apparently not so I am re-registering. At 85 years of age anything can happen- Living in Madeira we are allowed to legally distil alcohol as long as we don't sell it. Fine for me as I drink it. I have also made a great Cherry Liqueur macerating the alcohol with fresh cherries. Great ressult.
