I started my first successful batch of Kombucha Feb 19, 2020. When I started it, I made a promise to myself. I would no longer purchase alcohol from the grocery store. I would only drink alcohol if I made it myself. So far, I've been fortunate. My first batch of hard cider wasn't bad. Since then I have been on fire! Water Melon wine, Red grape wine with boysenberries, Potato mash (smells like paint stripper - probably just use that to clean up oil spills), Flaked corn meal from a home brew shop (test), Raw corn and water (test), Kombucha with rice (test), Oat and water (test), banana and water (test) Much of the bottles around here, I started yesterday, today or they are still in grocery bags. Hope to have everything bottled by tomorrow. Then the hard part... WAITING!
