I may have had an account with this email address at one point, but I don't remember. I had a head injury back in June and my memory is still not the best. If so, please let me know what my user name is. I couldn't remember it when I tried to log in before. I would remember the password, but I could not remember the user name.

I began chasing the craft of distilling about 5 months ago, and love the hobby. I hope to one day open a distillery and make fine whiskey and other spirits.

I am currently a super noob as I have screwed up everything I have tried to make except one apple brandy. I think it has something to do with my equipment, or yeast, or temp, or the retrograde of Venus, or the fact that I once saw a hen looking straight at me from inside of a graveyard.
