I am a sailor, craft brewer, vintner and aspiring craft distiller. Right now I am brewing award winning craft beers, vinting wines and am preparing to make the logical jump to distilling. I dream of owning a succesful craft brewery, distillery, restaurant and bakery. I have worked on the water from the Bering Sea to the Caribbean.
