WANT ADVICE PLS: Column filled with mesh or plate for purity efficiency ?--Distillation of high purity neutral spirit

Hi all,

I am about to buy material from distillex brand, and we are thinking buying a 1m high column to be filled with copper mesh. 25 l boiler. 3000 w heater, with reflux and conducer of course. We wish to do a high purity distillation with almost no taste, as our raw material is quite strong in flavour. we were thinking adding a 5 plate column (copper bubble) so we only have to to 2 run to arrive to an 20 HETP plate equivalent. From the art of distilling book, a common aparactus to distilate vodka is a hybrid pot still with 2 column and 16 plates... therefor we believe our wash would require 20 plates. So 1 meter of tubes with mesh + a 5 plate column would be about 10 plates HETP that we will have to run twice... does that sound good to you guy that have experience? we will buy in a size 1.5 tubes or 2 . You can see some of the item we will acquire in my wish list here:

All the Best to you,

and merry Corona confinement,
